HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Skin care orders normally ship in 2 days. Sometimes our turnaround times are exceeded due to the fact that our skincare is hand crafted freshly which gives our skincare longevity shelf life.

 All our Natural Soy Wax Candles are made to order. We allow up to 3 business days for standard orders. Wholesale orders or larger quantities will take longer to make. If it takes longer time to make your order, we’ll inform you! 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders can be tracked by the tracking number that is supplied when the order has been dispatched. Your order status will be updated via email top ensure you know exactly when your order has left our store..

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Generally the Best Before date is 12-18 months from manufacture. There are always exceptions to the rules. Products like clay and salts tend to last a lot longer than a lotion or cream. You may also receive a product with 6-12 months expiry left which is perfectly acceptable due to the nature of our ingredients. Please look at the product for a best before sticker which will indicate exactly when the product should be used by. Using a product after the best before date is possible if the product has been kept in optimal conditions and upon inspection is not discolored or smelling unusual.

WHY ISNT YOUR ROSEHIP FACIAL OIL STORED IN A DARK GLASS BOTTLE?

As far as our research has indicated, it has not been concluded that chemicals leach from plastics when storing base oils in plastic. Pure undiluted Essential oils are a different matter - they should be stored in dark glass bottles, they are high potent chemcially volatile oils. Base oils such as Almond, Rosehip and Macadamia Nut etc are much gentler in chemical constituents and less volatile.To date we have had no problems with the efficacy of our rosehip oil nor the stability even though we currently store it in a white airless bottle.

ARE THE SPA & BODY PRODUCTS SUITABLE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

Although made with natural ingredients, there are certain essential oils used in our products that should be avoided during pregnancy. On the label of every one of our products, it states if pregnant women can use it or not. Our Pregnancy range has been specifically developed to care for the stretching skin of pregnant women and is blended for the different stages of pregnancy. The entire 'Facial Care' collection is suitable to use during pregnancy and  our 'Spa & Body' collection has numerous products to choose from that is suitable to use during pregnancy.
